Cape Coastal Cleaning provides House Cleaning, Home Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Cleaning Company, Home Cleaning Service, Turnover Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://capecoastalcleaningma.com is the property of Cape Coastal Cleaning or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://capecoastalcleaningma.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Cape Coastal Cleaning makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Cape Coastal Cleaning's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Cape Coastal Cleaning harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. MA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MA.
Updates. Cape Coastal Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
